Ecommerce Deep Dive

Winstina

Welcome to my Woo vs SaaS Comparison Series: Ecommerce Deep Dive Sessions!

As a co-organizer of the WordPress NYC Meetup group (with over 9,600 members!) and WordPress Core Contributor, I have spent over a decade championing the CMS’s versatility. My expertise ranges from empowering local governments with digital solutions (WordCamp US 2017) to demystifying technical tools like Jetpack and Google Analytics (WordCamp Austin 2017). I am equally adept at addressing current trends. My recent presentation with co-speaker and leadership coach Yvonne Gonzalez (WordCamp Phoenix 2024) explored human-centric leadership in the face of AI, sparking important discussions about the future of leadership.

As a leader, I’m the founder of the initiative Support Inclusion in Tech (SiNC), which tackles financial barriers by funding travel for underrepresented speakers at WordCamps globally. SiNC’s innovative approach through partnerships fosters diversity, equity and inclusion and ensures a richer exchange of ideas within the WordPress open-source ecosystem.
